Kaino Law Group

Clatsop County Criminal Defense Attorneys

Advocating for the rights of ordinary people

Kaino Law Group is a team of seasoned criminal defense attorneys proudly serving Clatsop County on the beautiful Oregon Coast. Kristopher Kaino practiced as a sole proprietor for many years before expanding the firm, welcoming attorneys Sadie Busch and Jeffrey Ryding in 2024. All three attorneys bring extensive experience to the team and are active members of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Our office is located in downtown Astoria, Oregon, the oldest American settlement west of the Rockies, and a town full of amazing history. Astoria is the county seat, and our offices are located close to the Clatsop County Circuit Court. We are located in a historic building, the old Astoria phone company building at 1139 Exchange Street. It was one of the few buildings to survive the great Astoria fire.

We offer legal representation in all criminal matters, including DUII, misdemeanors, and felony cases. We also provide assistance with expungements, felony charge reductions, driver’s license restoration, registry relief, and related services. Call for a free consultation today.
